Course Information

The course deals with the impact of biographical characteristics, personality, emotions, personal motivation, media, communication, conflicts, leadership styles, organizational structures and culture on behavior in ​​the organization. Therefore, learners can explain, predict and know how to adjust the organizational behavior. Upon completion of this course, students can analyze and explain the impact of factors relating to individual, group and organizational levels on organizational behaviors.
