Course Information
The course provides learners with a deep understanding of hiring practices, practical recruitment plans and job interview skills in businesses. Upon completion of this course, learners can synthesize the concepts of recruitment and explain the necessary content in the recruitment process. In addition, they can identify the roles and duties of the department in charge of recruitment, thereby explaining the important contents of a recruitment plan and detailing each step in an appropriate recruitment plan.
