The course helps learners of economics and business administration to grasp the basic and systematic content of strategy and strategic management in a market-driven economy. It equips learners with knowledge and skills for using methods and tools to assess business environment; identify objectives and business areas; analyze, select, organize as well as evaluate the implementation of the strategy in the enterprise.
