Course Information
Inheritance is one of the central institutions of civil law as well as one of the important practical issues that many people are concerned about. Within the scope of this course, teachers want to provide students with basic knowledge about the two forms of inheritance prescribed in the current Civil Code Law 2015, which took effect on January 1, 2017. Upon completion of the course, learners can be supplemented with certain knowledge about a new field in law, and therefore they can put laws regarding all aspects of inheritance into practice.
