Course Information

The course provides a comprehensive knowledge system related to international trade institutions and the legal basis for operating a modern international trade system. The course of International Trade Law equips learners with a basic understanding of the principles and regulations of operating international trade activities while mastering the key legal issues related to international trade contracts and the methods of resolving disputes. The course helps learners to be aware of the principles and regulations for operating international trade activities, in addition to mastering the key legal issues related to international trade contracts and the methods for handling disputes.

In this module, learners will study the organizational structure, tasks and operational principles of international trade institutions.
