Course Information
This short course on Repairing Damage to Housing (Part 1) provides basic knowledge and skills on repairing damage to residential housing (Part 1 is for parts above the floor). The objective of the course is that, after completing the course, learners - engineers, contractors, construction team leaders - understand the causes of housing damage, some core estimates and develop a safe and effective repair plan.
The course includes 2 modules, with content on: a) Some knowledge about common damage - Causes; b) repairing parts above the house.
