Course Information
Requesting the Court to settle civil disputes is the main and popular method chosen by the parties to the dispute. Within the scope of this course, students will be provided with the legal provisions when participating in the legal process. The course consists of three modules:
- Module 0: Course introduction and study schedule.
- Module 1: Competence to settle civil disputes of the Court
- Module 2: Procedures for settling civil cases
