Course Information
Within the scope of this course, learners will be provided with the most basic knowledge about property, ownership and other rights to property. This is not only one of the central institutions of civil law, but also a basic foundation for understanding other branches of law in the Vietnamese legal system. The content of the course includes 3 modules as follows:
- Module 0: Course introduction and study schedule.
- Module 1: Property issues.
- Module 2: Property ownership
