Course Information
Moral rights are one of the important institutions specified in the 2015 Civil Code and are also associated with practical life. Within the scope of this course, students will be provided with the legal provisions on the moral rights of individuals and methods of protecting the moral rights of individuals. The course consists of three modules:
- Module 0: Course introduction and study schedule.
- Module 1: Groups of moral rights.
- Module 2: Protect the moral rights of individuals.
